The building is truly impressive and the rooms are quiet and nice.

Reasonably clean, spacious hotel with private parking on site...

The room was nicely decorated and had convenient amenities like a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge, all well-maintained.

The breakfast was well priced and well presented.

Early check-in, late check-out, attractive room with coffee as well as very comfy beds. Central location, within easy walking distance of The End.

Quite pricey breakfast.

The rooms here are beautifully decorated with a spacious bathroom, a floor-to-ceiling curved window, and a relaxing jacuzzi, making for a great stay, and the services are top-notch.

Amazingly helpful and super efficient staff, not to mention the three awesome folks. Everything was great 😊.

I stayed in a spotless suite with a whirlpool, enjoyed the convenient location close to downtown bars, and appreciated having a restaurant nearby.

The booking was comparable to what was said on the internet.

They could not provide a roll away for one of the rooms- said it was against regs (?)- yet the booking agent said it could be provided. Also, their restuarant was closed on the week-ends, which we were not told until we went down to eat! They do not have a shuttle to the airport. Luckily one of our group had a car! We made do. As long as everyone knows the above, the hotel is fine to stay in.

No complaints regarding the room bar low water pressure in the basin taps. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Shuttle service downtown was excellent and the driver very helpful dropping me right outside the country music hall of fame and Giving me info on how to get around downtown.

Low water pressure, issue with noise one evening and the water from the taps one morning was brown.

Located in a great area close to many good restaurants and a music venue, this place offers an ideal stay in a lovely location.

Rooms were comfortable. Mattresses and pillows were great. Our room was a little crowded. Breakfast buffet was good, though servers were scarce. Parking attendant was very helpful, as was our shuttle driver.

Wished that the pool was open longer. Adults would probable like the benefit of the hot tub at the end of a long day. Since there is no lifeguard anyway, I'm not sure why the pool closes so early.

Free shuttle service was a big plus. Breakfast buffet was very good even though it was not included in the price of the room. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

The room we stayed in the first night smelled of mold. We moved the next day and the second room was fine. The beds are supposed to adjust firmness but did not do so. We stayed last summer at a Hilton Garden Inn where the beds did adjust and they were very nice - so we were disappointed that these did not work.

The hotel was convenient and fairly clean. the staff was supportive and cool. - the restaurant was great for breakfast with hot dishes available. - My room had a cozy bed, a whirlpool, a couch, and a writing desk.
